제 집사람이 2004년도 6월에 유방암 수술을 하였습니다.
지금 나이는 36세이구요.

완전 절제 수술을 하고 화학요법 caf로 하고 방사선 치료를 하고
화렌스톤을 처방받고 있습니다.

2004년 12월에 방사선 치료까지 다 받고 6개월마다 정기검진을 받고 있습니다.
이번 2007년 2월달에 ct와 본스캔을 포함해서 정기검진을 받았는데
수술 반대편 유방의 유관에 문제가 있어 조직검사를 하자고 합니다

선생님 말씀은....
저번(2006.7월)검사에서 유관에 특이 사항이 보였는데
이번에도 큰 변화는 없지만 유관이 늘어난 건지....새로운 조직이 자라는 건지
확인해 보자고 하던군요. 크기는 몇 밀리미터 정도 된다고 하더군요.

28일날 조직검사를 하고 결과는 다음달 7일날 나온다고 하던군요.
수술한지 3년째로 접어드는데, 불안감이 밀려오는군요

집사람은 임파부종도 없었고, 항암 부작용도 그리 크지 않았고
임파전이도 없었기에 이번 조직검사가 두렵습니다.

GROSS FINDING : The specimen submitted for frozen section consists of five parts.
The first one is a lump of breast (13x8.5cm). On sections, there is a small
ovoid white fibrotic tumor (about 2.5 x 1cm) in the paracenter. The adjacent
breast parenchyma (in nipple side) shows multiple small yellowish foci or tiny
nodules.
The second one contains two small fragments of tissue.
The third one contains two large lumps of breast (about 17 x 8cm in the largest
one). On sections, there are multiple yellowish foci or tiny nodules in the
breast parenchyma.
The fifth one contains a flat ovoid breast tissue (4 x 2.5cm).
The frozen diagnosis was infiltrating ductal carcinoma with ductal carcinoma
in situ and presence of tumor in resection margin, free from tumor, presence of
tumor, presence of tumor, and presence of tumor, respectively.
The subsequently submitted specimen consists of there parts.
The first one is a nipple and areola (4 x 3.5cm). It is grossly unremarkable.
In the second and the third one, each contains multiple fragments of fat
tissue, labeled as level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ, respectivly. p-some

DIAGNOSIS : Breast, side unstated, mastectomy ;
Infiltrating, ductal carcinoma,
nuclear grade 3, histologic grade Ⅲ (2+3+3),
with extensive area of ductal carcinoma in situ (about more than 90%)
with multiple microscopic invasion, see note 1.

Nipple and areola ; Presence of carcinoma in lactiferous duct.
Overlying fat and underying fat ; Free from Tumar.

Resection margin, breast parenchyma ; See note 2.

Lymph nodes, level Ⅰ (0/13), level Ⅱ (0/5) ;
Total (0/18) ; Free from Tumar.

Note ; 1. Main invasive carcinoma의 크기는 2.5 x 1cm입니다.
Remaining parenchyam에는 대부분 DCIS (ductal carcinoma in
situ) with multiple microscopic invasion이 존재합니다.
2. 동결절편 조직으로 보내주신 조직이 여러 조직으로 나누어져 있어
breast parenchyma의 surgical margin에 대한 evaluation이 어렵
습니다. 동결절편상에서는 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th의 breast parenchyma
모두에서 carcinoma가 관찰되었지만, 이들 조직의 인체내에서의
배열 상태를 알기 어렵습니다.
임상 소견과 correlation 하시기 바랍니다.
